Twenty-eight people representing eight parishes attended the first Stewardship Workshop at the Pastoral Center. The workshops will be held monthly and all are welcome.

The Scanlan Foundation celebrated 70 years of generosity to Catholic organizations across Texas on January 25, 2017 at the Chancery of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter in Houston.

Progress, the Bishop’s Annual Appeal is the one diocesan-wide campaign that serves the needs of our people beyond the boundaries of any one parish.

In 2009, Mike and Clara Miles donated $2.7 million to the Catholic Foundation for the Cathedral High School Scholarship Fund, Loretto Academy Scholarship Fund, Father Yermo High School Scholarship Fund, and the Bishop’s Scholarship Fund.

The Diocese of El Paso conducted a Mass Attendance Count in all parishes on the weekend of October 15 and 16.

7th & 8th graders raised thousands of dollars for the St. Matthew Catholic School Endowment Fund, a permanent fund that provides needed scholarships and financial aid for students attending St. Matthew.
