He is excited to begin the process of connecting with longtime donors, as well as building new relationships along the way. “I’m looking forward to getting to know these donors personally,” he said. “I want to know what is important to them in their faith and church life, and what they are passionate about and making those new connections. I’m excited to get the process started.”

The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for growing the Catholic Foundation’s endowment program known as the Catholic Legacy Fund and the activities of the Planned Giving Program as well as stewarding and educating current and prospective donors on ways they can give back to God and support the long-term needs of the parishes, schools, ministries, and charities in the Diocese of El Paso.

“We are pleased to have Tony join our team,” Linda Caro, Chief Operating Officer of the Catholic Foundation, said. “Tony comes to us with an extensive background in building lifelong relationships, working closely with people as a trusted advisor, he’s committed to delivering outstanding results, and is a devout Catholic with a true passion for the Church, and its works. We look forward to watching Tony as he continues to build and expand the accomplishments of the Catholic Legacy Fund and the Planned Giving programs at the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso.”
