In Mr. Proaño’s words: “Serving the Church has been my calling and I am dedicated to using my experience in Catholic development to create an environment of Stewardship amongst the parishes to better serve the financial needs of the Church.” Carlos Proaño serves as the Director of Stewardship and Development for the Diocese of San Jose since 2020.

These presenters will talk about the Importance of Stewardship in Parishes, How Social Media serves as a Tool for Evangelization in our World Today, How Practical Stewardship Speaks to Young Adults, and the Discipleship as a Path to Holiness.

The main objective of this conference is to reinforce the meaning of Stewardship to the Catholic community of El Paso and learn that is our calling to assist the needs of our parishes; especially now where Mass attendance in the nation is experiencing a decline. The Stewardship Conference will also offer two sessions exclusively for Clergy by Mr. Carlos Proaño. These sessions will cover Successful Stewardship Strategies for Parishes in English and Spanish.

This bilingual Stewardship Conference will also be supported by Our Sunday Visitor, the Catholic publisher that serves millions of Catholics globally through its publishing, offertory, and communication services.
