Catholic award-winning singer songwriter, Matt Maher, is coming to El Paso as the featured artist of the 13th Annual Foundation of Faith Dinner: When We Sing, We Pray Twice. He will be part of the celebration of Mass at St. Raphael Parish (2301 Zanzibar Road) on Thursday, September 19 at 8:15am. The main celebrant will be Most Reverend Mark J. Seitz, Bishop of El Paso.
