The Most Rev. Mark Joseph Seitz, D.D., Bishop of El Paso, will ordain Wilbert Colas to the priesthood on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 6:30pm at St. Patrick Cathedral in downtown El Paso. The event will be live streamed on the Diocese of El Paso’s Facebook page.

Deacon Wilbert studied at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology in Wisconsin, and will serve St. Pius X as Parochial Vicar following his ordination to the priesthood.

Funding for seminarian education comes from a variety of sources including the Seminarian Education Endowment Fund, Progress: Catholic Ministry Appeal, Serra Club, Filipino-American community, Knights of Columbus, second collections, and generous individuals and organizations.
