Bishop Peña established St. Mark Parish in July 1992. The groundbreaking ceremony for a new sanctuary was held on January 12, 2003 and the church was dedicated by Bishop Ochoa on April 21, 2004. Since it was established, St. Mark has grown into one of the largest and youngest congregations in the Diocese of El Paso with more than 2,500 families. This fund will help support the programs of the parish.
