Bishop Mark Seitz,DD was appointed as the sixth Bishop of El Paso in the Diocese of El Paso. As a prelate serving a borderland community whose sister city is Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, the bishop has focused his work and heart on the poor and vulnerable, including migrant families and refugees who have made their home in this region or who choose the community as their point of passage. He is a graduate of the National Catholic Bioethics Center.

Claudia De La Rosa, MBA, a proud native of Ciudad Juárez and El Paso, is a Partner and Wealth Manager at Strategic Wealth, where she helps local families and businesses navigate wealth accumulation, transfer, and philanthropic strategies through customized investment and insurance solutions. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has advanced from paraplanner to advisor and now partner, driven by her deep commitment to her clients and community. A graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso with a BA in Communications and an MBA in Management, Claudia also leads and supports various local and national organizations focused on innovation, professional growth, and social impact, including Progress321, the National Osaic NextGen Council, and the Woody L. Hunt College of Business Alumni Network. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children, exploring new places, and empowering women and young professionals through financial literacy education.

David E. Saucedo II, Esq. of El Paso, Texas, is a Knight of Columbus in the highest degree, licensed attorney and president of the Saucedo Lock Company, a 4th-generation family business founded in 1917. David is a graduate of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a graduate of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. His community work is vast with non-profit involvement at local, state, and national levels, including a runner-up finish for the Mayor of El Paso in a crowded field. In 2015, David was first appointed, and subsequently reappointed, by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas State Board of Nursing and held various committee assignment positions, including vice-president of the largest licensing board in Texas. David is married and is the father of three children which including a daughter who will forever be three years old. The focus of his law practice is business and civil litigation.
