St. Raphael Church was established in 1966 as a mission of St. Pius X after a census revealed 800 Catholic families living in east El Paso. It was decreed a parish in 1967. The Music Ministry at St. Raphael Church has grown to include various groups providing music at Sunday Masses. Other parish groups include the Knight of Columbus, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, and St. Vincent de Paul.
This fund helps support the life and programs of the parish.

The Catholic Foundation Welcomes the Angela Ladogana Fund for St. Raphael ParishAngela Ladogana was as generous after her passing as she was in life. A St. Raphael parishioner, Angela left an estate gift for her beloved parish; Fr. Tony Celino established a Named Fund for the church in her memory with her thoughtful donation. A Mass to celebrate the life and memory of Angela Elizabeth Ladogana will be held at St. Raphael Parish on Saturday, February 15 at the 4pm aticipated Mass.
