Queen of Peace began serving the Coronado area in 1982 in a leaky building on Festival Street. Within a few years, dedicated parishioners helped build the church on Belvidere Street. The community was incredibly proud when Queen of Peace won the Design Award from the American Institute of Architects in 1985.
This fund helps support the life and programs of the parish.

As a result, endowed funds provide a perpetual, supplemental source of income for such things as the enhancement of programs and ministries, facilities maintenance, scholarships and seminary assistance, priest retirement, etc. Learn more about endowed funds.
